I really like programming/brainwashing files. I forget what i have listened to and rediscovered Programming Preparation before this. Niggling thoughts have been a part of me for an eternity and i am trying to remember from Quiet Your Mind when you said it's ok to have them and you will get past them with hypnosis. I have had silent little electrical storms in my head of a different nature, well controlled by meds. However this is a much nicer kind of storm. It was almost as if i could see forked lightning flowing in and out of my mind. Lightning doesn't scare me, it's quite beautiful to behold. I've had a lot of interruptions with my listening this week, and several times with this file, i'm kind of irritated by that and that allows disjointed thoughts to creep back in when i get frustrated...and the other kind of erotic storm has abated for now. But i have a few days to myself at the weekend...you know, i dislike my mind as much as the disruption to my listening, but it's the only one i have. But it's also nice to know that your influence helps tidy things up in my mind, less fragmented :) Thank you Sir :) ❤️
