I find that using simple, tried and tested uncomplicated recipes always give the best results, just like this exquisite, wholesome recipe for the mind. The step by step method of mixing the ingredients together was like a sponge for my mind, soaking up that wonderful feeling of comforting relaxing, slow sinking into trance and that that little fluttering feeling i get going through me is divine, when trance and your words take over, although a little hard to describe it's when i know my mind is quiet and settled. there's nothing quite like it, and this recipe gives an appreciation of how wonderful trance is if the instructions are followed carefully to create the desired result.
