It is the best feeling ever when there are no intrusive, tiresome thoughts bothering me when listening to a file. Having constant thoughts racing through one's head can be exhausting and can detract from the enjoyment of listening and learning when wanting to build on one's experiences. It is such lovely sense of relief when thoughts melt away into peaceful, tranquil silence. This file has lifted my spirits... drifting on cloud of nothingness...not wanting to come back down to earth...it's priceless. Thank you Sir. ❤️
