I was in two minds whether to listen to this as i was getting frustrated with my lack of focus and wondered how my mind would react. With something like this i like to listening a few times to see i the outcome is the same. I still had random thoughts flitting in and out for a little while oddly enough until you mentioned focus which sent a shudder through me which happened a few times during the file, it made me smile as i knew you had control and it pretty much confirmed something i had suspected for a while in relation to why my mind behaves differently depending on the file type and it's not really related to resistance and it's something i have little control over or can help ...and until i can find a way i will rely on the dominant hypnotist's guidance. An impressive reminder and demo of power and control Sir. ❤️
