You're very welcome.
I could be wrong, and on reflection i think this file is more to do with the Covid 19 pandemic and not ones personal struggles with life... hence the deletion of my original comment. I am absolutely sure the contents of this file will go a long way to ease fears and worries for those affected for many reasons during these uncertain times. I know i think too much, I don't care about myself much but like millions of others all over the world i think and worry, about those on the frontline trying to keep us all safe and all those wonderful army of selfless volunteers out there that have sprung up literally over night to help the elderly and vulnerable such as my neighbour who has cancer and i worry for her... anyway i ramble on far to much and and suffice to say thank you for this file it's a wonderful thing and puts one's own personal opinions and circumstances into perspective. . ❤️
