You're very welcome :)
I put this on loop while having a little lay down, so incredibly tired today...I could hear you but had no idea what you were saying only aware of that lovely little fluttering i get through my core now and again, also aware that I couldn't move. I listen to countless relaxation files for the precious peace that they give me, and i love them all, and my mind is getting quieter which is very soothing ....*sighs* there's a certain irony in this for me... nevertheless this is another, exquisite little gem of a file and you always make me a little better. Thank you so much Sir. ❤️
Thank you very much.
