Sometimes all you need to hear is a kind, calm reassuring voice, which has an healing effect in itself. I wasn't able to listen to you in hospital when i needed to the most as i was unwell for a while with nursing staff fussing over me every five minutes, just impossible. I felt extremely vulnerable when i got home and it was very unsettling, and with the insomnia the nights seemed longer than usual, having to sleep on my back which i find difficult to do didn't help, so i listened to this over the last week and every time it got to the part where you were sitting on the bed talking it sent me to sleep for a little while and that happened every time. If the mind and body can relax, the body will undoubtedly heal quicker. I have little pain and recovery is going very well, my mind, however is a little unsettled, staying in trance is a little difficult at the moment very hit and miss but this file made a lot of difference feeling safe in your words and more able to cope with my insecurities. I have listened to the file in its entirety while awake and found your little story charming. This is a delightful file, a blessing, thoughtful and very caring for which i am truly grateful. Thank you so much Sir. ❤️
