Indeed. It's hard to resist.
I have done nothing but listen to relaxation files back to back this past week however,no matter how i am feeling i could not resist the allure of this challenge as it mentioned relaxing in the description, even though i tend to give resistance games a wide berth as my mind will resist given half the chance and i am trying to be good ... this one proved to be the most challenging so far purely because i found the pay attention and don't listen rule contradictory and it perplexed my mind, even though i listened many times i still was unsure, but i thought i was awake...i know i smiled at something you said towards the end but i can't remember what it was, and also because i felt oddly floppy like a rag doll...i didn't care by then, tired went to sleep mildly curious to what really occurred and amused that you messed with my mind yet again..the question i ask myself frequently is, will i ever learn to resist the temptation of the game... probably not...🤔🙃 It has a certain magnetism, just like you Sir.
