Why thank you.
Oh, this is just heavenly, i listened to this after returning from being summoned by my Dr. for a meds review as I have so many, usually i listen to keep calm which lowers my bp as i am not so stressed out after I listen, but forgot to take my headphones and my bp was through the roof.,. you are so good for my mind, well I was sitting on the edge of my bed i was rocking to the rhythm of your voice and had to lay down and i could feel my breathing matching the rhythm too. This is sheer bliss tranquil and peaceful. I will be listening to this alot...thank you Sir for making this, it is a little gem 💎♥️
