Oh, wow, Sir, this is lovely!!! And a bit surreal as well. Doing chores has always been such an exhausting struggle for me, it's weird to have it suddenly feel like a relaxing form of service. Cleaning becomes so calm and effortless (and I guarantee I've never used those adjectives to describe cleaning in my life ;) ). I may listen to this file every day for a while and see if the calm feeling sticks. Certainly my guests would appreciate it. :)

I did listen to obedience fractionation first as my mind needs a little help sometimes. I remember very little, other than the very beginning and end,it felt like a daydream automatically following your instruction. Staying where I was for the duration of the file, waking at the end on my excercise mat that I hadn't yet used and that made me smile. I only remember words chores and serve. I have felt your powerful control in the total obedience file, so I wasn't altogether surprised what happened. I love it when my mind is in a blank and obedient state. Amazing Sir. Thank you 😀
