Spanking files always seem to illicit a physical response in me although I am fully aware that it is all in my mind. But it got even more bizarre with this file, and I listened again to see if I had the same happened again and it did. I must have been very susceptible to the hypnotic suggestions in this file. Halfway through this file it felt as if my backside was stinging, I know that's not physically possible but that's what it felt like. How extraordinarily strange. It left me with a smile thinking Sir is going to think I am quite mad! I am tempted to be a little disobedient now and again I seem to like being put in my place, although the control over my mind is greater as I found out on more than one occasion this week. Another surreal experience!

I was feeling pretty pouty when I had to wake in the middle, but then I forgot all about it quickly. Ugh. Hipnosis makes me feel like a toddler

WHOA, I did not expect the spanking to elicit a physical reaction. Even when my mind was aware that this was all in my head, my body kept jolting as if I were being physical spanked. I didn't think that was a thing that could happen, but sometimes it's nice to be proven wrong. Excellent file, Sir!
