I listened to this file as it was the last one of the week. I looked at the description. I'm not going to dwell on this but make a brief comment. I think to have self acceptance of physical desirability or otherwise if emotionally you lack self esteem or self worth as in my case it's not going to happen. As I alluded to in the Love yourself file it's just not possible. I'm going to push these thoughts to the back of my mind where they belong. Nimja Hypnosis is a happy nice place to come. The sentiment is lovely in this file. You are always so nice.

I was just having an amazing conversation with someone about this...how odd.

Accepting my desirable side, Sir? Only since I started listening to Sir have I been able to entertain the notion that I even have one. Will wait eagerly, but also patiently for what I'm sure will be another amazing creation by Sir. And as always am most thankful.
