I thought this might make me giggle and sure enough it did. Tied my mind in knots with the will remember won't remember and so on I don't think I was in trance because I was trying not to giggle but couldn't help it. Maybe in and out. I listened to it again didn't remember much that time but maybe that was intentional, I really don't know what happened ended up confused and fuzzy. It left my mind in knots but happier. Great fun. Thankyou for tying my mind in knots... again! and for a happy mind this evening.

I remember you making me giggle, thank you. :) I might have fallen asleep after the file ended for just a minute, because I'm just so tired from new pill doses, but I do remember an aggravating ladder type thing. One a bit like your spiral design on the video and trying to climb down it but maybe I dreamed that. I do know I was feeling not very good before the file but I feel happier and it's melted away some of the anxiety which is great since I've still a while till I can take anything for that. So, thank you. I do know I love the file but that's mostly all I remember I guess. That and a bit of confusion, but that might be medication/unwanted sleep deprivation related too, so it's hard to tell. A lot of words to say I really like the file and I don't remember why I like it! :) Also file 222, and the title, very nicely planned :)
