I often have a crisis of confidence and self esteem but I can keep it hidden mostly. Sometimes an uncomfortable memory enters my mind and these feelings bubble up to the surface. I don't think I will ever conquer it but your words of wisdom helped me feel a bit better today. Thankyou.
