it just depends - if you apply 10 midtone layers inbetween your darkest and lightest layers, maybe you don't need to glaze at all. If you see that the gradient is still a bit rough, you can apply more glazes. If you want, post your situation in our Discord in "zumikito-feedback" and I will get back to you

Hi, how do I know when to stop glazing? On the internet, all the minis look perfectly blurred, and all the details are very smooth. If I am about to submit my work t a competition, should I glaze a lot for NMM for example?
