AFTERNOONA UNCENSORED: Ask Us Anything!
🕑 Added 2023-11-14 06:26:13 +0000 UTCHey, everyone! We're recording November's Uncensored episode on Wednesday. Ask us all your burning questions you'd like us to answer on the pod. Drop us a This-or-That/Would You Rather or a Marry, Mate, Murder! Try to sell us on a drama with a unique pitch to each Noona based on what you know of our likes/dislikes/biases.
As always, we thank you in advance for your consistently fun, funny, and thoughtful questions, and we will try to get to as many of them on the show as we can!

Ha! I actually started Uncanny Counter (Amy here) but had to set aside to watch something for the pod. If I could just find a way for someone to pay me to watch dramas so I could ditch the day job, I'd finish all the recs I've started but had to pause!

Would you watch a drama in a genre you don’t care for but it has your fantasy ideal cast? If so what would it be and who would you cast?

For Lia, since you loved Doona please watch 30 but 17. Yang Se Jong and Shin Hye Sun, co-habitation, Ahn Hyo Seop as a college student. Quiet, healing, found family but also funny without being too slapstick. For Amy, since you love fantasy please watch Mystic Pop-up Bar. Characters in the modern world trying to resolve issues from their past lives, and little bit of mature romance. For Megan, please watch The Uncanny Counter. Action, humor, found family, and a great cast. I would love to hear your thoughts on this. And everyone should watch Twinkling Watermelon so we can discuss if it is in fact a Kdrama version of Back to the Future.
