For me…I went to the dentist today and they were like uh, bro it’s been 2.5 years since you’ve come.
I thought it had been almost a year.
So there we are.
And I answered yes to their question if I floss and I could tell they were like “sure, Jan, we can’t wait to see what hellscape awaits.”
And guess what? They were visibly surprised and said I did floss. And I was proud even though I had neglected the dentist for yearrrrssssss on accident.
So what do you want to toot about and we will cheer!

Found out my cholesterol is down 30 points. Mostly exercise. A little diet--no more full fat yogurt for me.

My small win this week has been that I have not given in to the office leftover Halloween candy hangover that is being offered all over our building. Not sure I have ever seen this amount of candy being offered and it is everywhere.
