A gift from Korea!
🕑 Added 2023-01-27 15:56:25 +0000 UTCSo I mentioned in one podcast (I think it was the casual Kdrama chat with Amy) that an author friend posted that she was in Korea. When I expressed my absolute envy, she said she'd send me a postcard. She went to university in Korea and has family there, so she was visiting over the holidays.
Well I got said mail today and I have to share, because it's totally one of the sweetest things. The card is gorgeous, and this bookmark is a very thin metal. Etta said the hanbok on the bookmark is a queen dowager's hanbok. She bought it in Dongdaemun which is a main hub for shopping and fashion. Isn't this amazing?
Her name is Etta Pierce, and she writes really smart alien romance. I recommend this book to start if you want to give her books a shot! Convergence: An Intersolar Alien Romance, Book 1 (The Intersolar Union Series) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08Z75Q6TL?ref_=cm_sw_r_apin_dp_VMJD6XPQ1YH4YBADKVWP
