Question: PDF, ZIP, or a secret third thing?

You may have heard recently that I've hit 1000 members on Patreon! I want to thank each and every one of you that made it possible.

Although it's not a stretch goal or anything, I DO want to celebrate... by doing something I've promised to do for the last three years.
I want to make the WDAU comic available for offline reading!
And of course, you all will automatically get that as a perk. It may take me a while to put it all together, but I promise that I'll put it at the top of my priority list.
My question now is... how?
Please select all options that you would personally be ok with!

I like the PDF idea, but I also believe there ARE ways to put it into a sorta reading file like .epub or .cbz. Those are better for comics I’ve heard.

My only concern with the PDFs is that sometimes you use some really effective and impactful gifs that I don't think would work as still images.

I second this! This would be very convenient!

anyway. .cbz will Actually work for e-readers, not .epub. i would personally appreciate that but i might exist in a minority of people who still use e-readers

oh it might be easier if the panels are edited to be in page-sized pages? to convert from pdf to epub i mean! epub isn’t difficult to create- SORRY IN MIDDLE OF WRITING COMMENT I REMEMBERED .CBZ FILES EXIST AND WORK MUCH BETTER THEN .EPUB FOR IMAGES. A

No worries! I've definitely considered it before, and I'd be willing, if CN and their lawyers didn't make me nervous

Ah, sorry, didn't think of that.
Chekhov
Hahaha well that might be fun actually 😂

Oh that's another one isn't it! I'll look into if I need to download some sort of new program to create epub files.

I would love a 10 hours video of just you commenting the story with insider information haha
rey
i wouldnt mind having them in epubs so i can read them on my ereader!

ouch, that's a shame, but also true.

It's not that people aren't willing to pay it's more that... I'm not sure I can go that far without getting my ass sued by cartoon network. Fanart itself is a standard line. Selling fanart at conventions is normal too. But selling a fanfic comic, if I sell too many, miiiight get me on the CN radar. 😬
