Thank you for your patience! The second part of this episode ended up being quite a bit longer than I anticipated, so it took more time. We are ending on a bit of a cliffhanger here, but fear not.... I will absolutely refuse to resolve it quickly, and instead we will be following a bit of an... arc.... :) I hope you enjoy the mystery and intrigue.
As for the weapons Connie got - you can expect full color art of them soon! I plan to do Connie's character ref soon. :)

This chapter was very interesting, and I'm honestly really happy we're getting an arc focusing on Connie. She's a great character and the changes you're making to her journey are neat! Thanks again for this and the character sheet :)

Intriguing we’re charting new territory now. We’re on the verge of a major revelation and pretty much all the show’s conflicts have largely been dealt with. The diamonds don’t seem to be coming heck with the chaos that White’s absence has surely caused who has the time?Connie doesn’t have any real chance to prove herself the capable warrior we know she has the potential to be and somehow I doubt Rose is going to lend Lion out for field trips.

Wouldn’t you? Ever since they started allowing Connie to come to Beach City, bad things have started to happen. It’s better to get away from these bad memories and start fresh away from all the chaos. These are still pre-nightmare hospital Connie’s parents meaning she hasn’t gotten any chance to prove herself in their eyes and frankly there isn’t much she can prove now. Peridot and Lapis are bubbled, Jasper is contained, the forced fusion experiments are dealt with, and the Diamonds aren’t coming. We’re charting new ground now. How interesting

I love that you showed Connie being both in somewhat over her head but also competent enough to rise to the challenge. It’s a really nice balance of showing both her abilities and her emotional state. Also, I do so hope that Connie’s parents want her to stop for whatever reason and that Steven will try to talk them out of it. After all, there’s a certain doctor among those parents who might recognize a certain cranial growth…
