Yeah that's what threw me off... I love win win but he not a hiphop head at all... I was gonna leave the subject alone but I seen Keith make a face so I spoke on it. Def a conversation I would like to have and get to have y'all input too..

the thing abt the dreads is they look ridiculous on anybody who isn't black ...so I don't wanna see them on anybody's head period. plaits and twists however, I can let slide if they look good and if its not done with harmful intent. winwin's dreads in particular rubbed nctzens the wrong way bcuz winwin isn't even a hiphop head to begin with and he looks crazy. like the company stylists only decked them out like that bcuz the song is r&b/hiphop HEAVY... and you tend to see that a lot in Kpop, even still, like with XG. when a group has a more "black" sounding song the stylists will automatically start cosplaying members so they can be taken more seriously and that annoys me so much. We can appreciate the sound if y'all look different... just be yourself.

I like the performance. but the stylish did them so wrong lol. I didn't like mark hair either and win win braid was just no for me, but I wasn't mad about it.

It’s good to hear your opinions on this topic! SM definitely had more blunders with cultural appropriation in the earlier days. They seem to have gotten better these past years. I hope you check out the b-sides that also have this type of production. I know you guys will love Whiplash and Baby Don’t Like It!!
