Some one touched on this a little bit- But I'll delve more into it. Kim Sung Jae was a member of a popular group in the early 90's called Deux. He was a singer, rapper, and dancer and the group did quite well. Before tradgedy struck, the group had 3 albums and had decided to take a hiatus, which ended with a more formal disband notice about a month or so later. Sung Jae ended up releasing his solo album he had worked on right after. As I told you was his debut album and title track. In November of 1995 he performed his solo track and promote the album. After his SBS show debut, he went back to his hotel with his Girlfriend and members of his entourage, the next day he was found dead. They claimed it was a heart attack of being overworked, but released later that about a dozen needle marks were found on his arm and animal tranquilizers showed up in his system. Many believe it was his girlfriend who did it, they claim she became jealous and mad when he decided to not stop performing, but make a solo debut... so she killed him. Others say members of his entourage hated him for his success and pretty girlfriend so they killed him to get him out of the way. The truth has never been uncovered, and unfortunately the case was never fully investigated, at least not really. They just put the blame on something else.. he was overworked, that's what they wanted people to think. He was only 23 and it's sad he had his life taken. But this song was great, and many played it. So it was nice that BTS did a cover of it. 💜💜💜

Really Sad Fact: The original artists who made this Kim Sung-Jae only performed this song once, and this was his debut, right after he had performed it, His ex-girlfriend murdered him. She came from a really rich family so she got away with it. They never re-opened the case, and he was only 23

Nick Remembered The Kpop Idol Who was murdered by his girlfriend back in the 90s who I posted all over on my ig story and snapchat! His name is Kim Sung Jae this was his first and last song as a soloist . Right after he finishing his first stage as solo artist he was murdered that night. He is legend in Korean music & he was so young only in his early 20's ! He was from popular 90s dup group Duex! He wore outfit similar to bts for his first and last stage. He also had black backup dancers too !
