Love the reaction and the conversation after! Lay is one of the best dancers in K-pop. He always strives for perfection and is very serious with his dancing and performances. I've seen a lot of people ask for 'Honey' reactions and I totally agree! Also please react to the dance practice for it. (people can correct me if I'm wrong) but from what i know from this release was very personal for Lay and he put 1 million of his own money into the production. thanks again and as always, you guys are amazing!

if you're not able to get a full panel for this then i definitely recommend one for lay's latest release 'Flying Apsaras' both the visualizer (only 40 seconds long) and the dance choreo! when i tell yall i was frozen for a good 5 minutes after watching the choreo for it like it was that good

Yay!!! Happy you guys are getting into Exo, especially the solo work, those are definitely my favorites. Lay is such a creative artist and an amazing dancer. He recently had a new album and was suppose to have another MV tied to this, but with Covid and him not satisfied with the full MV, he released a 40 sec visualizer for Flying Apsaras. I highly recommend you watch the Dance Practice, because the choreo is simply amazing. I hope to see a live performance for this in the future from Lay.

Like someone above said, Lay learned krump from one of the originators. Supposedly, he broke the dance floor in his studio with it. He's bringing krump into China. I watched one of the dance crew reality show he was in and did some of it.

Let’s just say Lay is one of the most hardworking idols in bloody existence. He actually has his own company ( if you look at the mv, you’ll see not only sm’s logo but also his) As far as I know SM did not participate much, if, at all, on this project. Lay writes his own songs, produces them, is the often the director for his mv’s , chooses his own choreographers, directors etc. He’s freaking insane. Also. I love the fact that his favourite dance style is krump. The MV is full of it and LAY has been incorporating it into all his choreographies since he started learning. He even got to talk to one of the founders of that style and he was fanboying so hard lol. Anyweh. This man LOVES music and dance with such a passion. Y’all have to check out more of his stuff. PS. Check out the LIT album in your own time. It’s great. ;)

I am not sure about all the details…hopefully someone who follows him more can explain better. I know that when Lay became extremely famous in China outside of exo that it was harder for him to come back/ be associated with exo things due to the China and Korea problems/tensionetc. Lay made his own studio/production team based in China and he produced I believe majority or all of his things since with his production team in China since Lit. (I am not sure if he produced his things before that) Lay is extremely extremely famous in China now. He is almost like an ambassador there. He has so many projects that is hard to leave now and be with Exo.

Since you loved this you should check out Lay - Flying Apsaras visualizer. Its only 40 seconds but its similar (dragon and all). He filmed a full mv but he wasn’t satisfied with the result so he just released a short clip.

Because of tension between Korea and china lay hasn’t been active in EXO since 2018, but he still is apart of the group. Also he is one of the biggest Chinese embassadors in china so he has to be in china

This is one my favorite videos of the year when it came out. High budget not much as far as the song but great visual and dance. Reminds me of DragonBall in music video form lol.
