Usually collabs are with solo artists. So it's usually when a member of a kpop group is doing their solo activities, that u would see these kinds of collabs. Another things is like u said, ppl don't really listen to idol groups like that in SK. When collabs happen, it's usually after a member has been recognized for their talent or their solo work by the public.

There are other songs out there, but I think what happens is that they just don’t get the promotion of the single group/company songs bc they are not trying to sell an album or a tour based on them. So you just have to be really tuned in with the artist involved, otherwise you can miss a lot of stuff. Some Kpop & khiphop/krnb collabs that are great: Baekhyun/LOCO- Young, Hwasa/LOCO-Don’t, Epik High-Born Hater, Boa/Beenzino- No Matter What, Chanyeol/Lee Hi/Changmo- Yours, Jonghyun/Zion.T- Deja-Boo, MFBTY/RM-Buckubucku (probably the only BTS related mv under 1 million views)
