People got so used to peak anime every episode that they got pissed when an episode was just set up.

I believe the reason he’s doing this is to set up an alibi for when people ask him where an e rank got the avarice orb since it wouldn’t show up in a lower ranked dungeon and he doesn’t want people to know of his instance dungeons. He’s still not publicly S rank as chairman go said they call whoever is off the charts s rank but not officially on paper till they get a different method of measurement (which I’m not sure was shown or explicitly said)
