If doctor finds nothing. I’d recommend a chiropractor (a reputable one; stay away if they have towels otherwise you will sipping tea with your neurosurgeon). I have bad spine curvature on my neck and lumbar. Few adjustment from chiropractor helped alleviate a lot of the pain and muscle tension. Wish you better health.
