Is it possible to send your Ds s3 op reaction here or on youtube please? Those who didn't watch the stream won't be able to see it.

Dany

I'm not sure if it was mentioned before but other than Muzan, only the upper moon demons where either allowed or capable of turning humans into demons, thats why during the Mugen Train movie Akaza kept asking Rengokou to let him turn him into a demon, and why in the Entretainment District, during Daki's and Gyutaro's death flashback, it showed the blond Upper Moon turning them into demons.

Cory

I can't quite recall, but I think Muzan doesn't allow others to make people into demons? It's not that they can't, remember the doctor lady from the first season? She changed that one dude into a demon because he was sick I think.
