When Sugawara said he wanted Seijoh to see how Kageyama has changed he meant as a team player not his tosses since a lot of Kageyama's junior high teammates go to Seijoh. And yes in Japanese culture Hinata eating the pork bun before everyone else is considered rude because not everyone had one yet and also the seniors hadn't started eating theirs first/hadn't said it was ok to go ahead and start eating.

I like My Hero and I watch all the reactions, but it kinda suprises me that My hero is your second. I've always seen my hero as one of the more generic anime made for children, but you're right its fun, i cant really take it seriously though.
