I really appreciate you posting a second episode since the first was just a recap episode.

Almight's sneeze in the end of last episode was actually just apart of a Japanese superstition that says that everytime that you sneeze, its because someone somewhere is talking about you. You might notice in some anime that someone will be having a conversation about a character, and then it'll jump cut to them sneezing. It just so happens that Overhaul the new villain, is especially germaphobic and that conversation about the guys being sick was just the show's way of displaying overhauls germaphobia and explaining why overhaul is always wearing the plague doctor mask.
