Definitely not an isekai, I can promise you that. Just your standard fantasy world. The girls in the background weren't beefing (although they usually do), they were trying to catch fish, literally. I'm glad you watched this opening, and not the second version that has lots of spoilers for the second half of the season. There's only one opening, but like Hunter x Hunter, the visual change based on the arc. This series, "Scooped Up by an S-Rank Adventurer!", and "The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic" (which IS an isekai) have healers as the main character.
