Call back to when we brainwashed Aoyama and his parents to trick All For One. AFO mentioned he had a polygraph quirk he stole ages ago from someone whose descendant befriended All Might. Of course he got tricked because they were brainwashed. Tsukauchi is quirkless but his sister inherited her quirk.

I'm not shipping them, but koichi at 19 and makoto at 21 isn't an issue at all to me. I'm kinda confused anyone would see it as one . Pop step is an issue, but koichi having a crush on makoto means pop's feelings are one sided atm. Which is more healthy. In the future? We'll see. I understand characters actually age in this series. So I assume nothing will happen until end of series like most shonen . Lol Rhode Island being the first state with hero laws is a reference to the justice league's first base of operations being in Rhode Island. Nice shout-out.
