So it takes place 5 years before Izuku met All Might, which happens like a year before class That woman was indeed Inko (Izuku's mom) And Trigger is the same drug that was in Season 4, that we first sawagainst Red Riot when he was with Fat Gum

I think it's fine to assume this is roughly 10 years before My Hero without it ever being confirmed more exactly to my knowledge. It is for sure less than 12 years ago (after Aizawa graduates) and likely more than 7 years ago (before All Might gets injured).
