Fun fact I guess since I had to look it up during your reaction. I kept hearing Tanaka (Haikyu!!) every time Ino spoke, and it turns out it's the same voice actor!

Also @15:35 yes. During their arc at the end of season 1 when the whole backstory of ‘Kamo Noritoshi’ was given, it was explained that there were a total of 9 ‘children’ in all. And the 3 brothers we’ve met so far have just been death paintings 1-3 out of the 9, the other 6 remain sealed dormant as curse wombs back at the school/HQ.
