People may prefer the manga version of the davy back fight but I am fond of the filler version. Not that I loved the padding but the reason they came up for it. Instead of Chopper, Luffy picked to free Shelly, and I think it was the sweetest curveball ever, even if it wasn't canon. It was pure Luffy. The second reason is that Robin got taken in the filler games and she was oh so nonchalant in a foxy mask, not a care in the world. 😍
