The gauntlets Deku currently has are slightly different from the one from the first movie. In the movie, it was called "Full Gauntlet" which was intended for All Might's use at 100%. The ones Deku has now are called "Mid Gauntlets." They are specifically made for Deku to use at his current full power. I assume that they were also made by Melissa Shield, but I don't think it's confirmed. Love the small tie ins to the movies lately.

The manga is not even done and I can't guess exactly when it will finish, but I calculate the anime still has 2 seasons left. Recent chapters have been shorter and Horikoshi is taking more and more breaks for his health, so I think the anime can fit the Final Act into 2 seasons. Trust that Season 7 and 8 will be legendary.
