--Since 10,000 Extol is 1 Berry, that means a 5 million Extol whistle is actually 500 Berry, or a mere $5. I don't know how that man makes a living. On the other hand, Heaven's Gate costs 1 billion Extol per person / 100,000 Berry / $1000 which is steep for a tourist visa, let alone x7 people.
