Miss Hina is not really important... I can only remember 2 times that you see her and shes not really important either time and this is one of them... Also dont bother with the story about Jango and Full body joining hina... They are irrelevant to the story and are just comic relief for a few seconds later on in the story

The song that plays in the final fight is Dvorak's New World Symphony No. 9, it fits so well! Smoker did not make it rain with the dance powder. Crocodile probably used that ship to make rain fall out at sea, upwind of Alabasta, stealing any rain that would've fallen in Alabasta and creating the drought. It's also implied that Crocodile was was holding back the rain with the drying power of his devil fruit to some extent so that no rain would fall at all. Once he was defeated the rain immediately started to fall again.
