She could be a human-junkie. After the events of Mass Effect (1) humanity got a rather high profile within galactic society. Plenty of other race's members were impressed and intimidated by the young species. Plenty of people looked up to Shepard, and tried to imitate him/her. It wouldn't be much of a stretch to imagine some Asari maidens adopting 'humanity' as fashion. Makeup, bleaching their skin, wigs, etc... Some might take it too far...

agree.. they don't,, it's a subtle hint of buldge shapes like eyebrow and a darker tones around it.. I feel they look more sexier with an eye brow.. hmm.. maybe im not ready to date an alien girl when the times comes.. lol

I thought Asari didn't have eyebrows? They have no hair, including facial. The game artists usually put those plaque things on their foreheads to deal with the uncanny valley that causes.
