We are reacting to the third, and most anticipated, season of SKAM! Bradam is excitedly taking on the original series that started it all. After many requests to watch this show following our "Young Royals" journey, we're headed to Oslo for the drama. This season, we focus on Isak Valterson, his friends, potential romances, and how he'll navigate the struggles, excitements, trials and the nuances of queerness in high school.
Watch as our group of Norwegian teens tackle identity, queerness, substances, mental illness, religion, bullying, friendship, romance and the like, all while navigating their high school experience.

FYI: The neon cross in the church is a direct reference to Romeo + Juliet! When they die in the church, they're surrounded by crosses like that. I'd honestly love for you guys to watch Romeo + Juliet and maybe revisit some moments from this season after, cause I feel like all of the references create another dimension of meaning! Especially concerning suicide. Also so many musical references, the underwater kiss etc.

I'm late, again, and too lazy to read all the other comments here to see if anyone else has mentioned it, but: When Isak gets the text from his mom where she says she loves him, that is presumably her response to his text the day before where he came out to her. So essentially he is like "mom, I am gay, and I apologize for that" and then she is like "I love you and I always have loved you and I always will love you" :')

What a great episode and a wonderful reaction. Love the scene with supportive Eskild and the surprising voice of reason Magnus. The acting talent on this show is astounding! And the two of you going deep in the emotional moments and then coming out with comments about Isaakβs sore ass and We did it Joe!πππ Canβt wait for the season finale!

i cant express what evaks relationship and the simple ''youre not alone'' from isak meant to 15 year old me when this came out, and still does to this day. i struggle with mental illness and at the time i was also in the closet. i felt like i could never be loved, and watching their relationship gave me hope. season 3 helped so many people, both isak and even are such important characters and im so grateful to have good bipolar representation in even, theres not much of that.
