WRC is private company with 2 main dept.. Research and Clinic. They begin with researching and developing medical equipments. The clinical dept. is similar to your standard hospital care focusing and specializing in female patients. In due time, something have happen in between this two department.. We get to see more about it in pg.80. It's not a nation, but it does somehow contributed to main economy of this harbor city.
