Nightripper - Saturday morning release

- I added a new starting area. Feel like it helps the pacing a bit
- New costume. The main character should be wearing work clothes. Not sure why I didn't think of that before. Changing into your normal clothes will be an option too.
- Fixed psx mode. The polarizer was way too high. It would be fine in a brighter game (like Pitchfork Massacre) but it doesn't work here since the game is mostly dark
- Also fixing the vhs effect. The current vhs mode will become 'bootleg' mode. It just looks way too destroyed for most people to use it. I'm working on a normal vhs mode which some tape noise and static, but not an overwhelming amount
- Also adding an in game radio station (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVnaICB9ags) to give updates about the Ripper.
- Working on gamepad support now. Even if it takes all night
