Violet's Escape from the Hospital 1

The necrosis has already progressed in that parts. The patient is not recovering from a coma, and the stomach does not contain any food, so it is assumed that the patient is undernourished. Both arms, rectum, and vagina were already undergoing necrosis, so the amputation was carried out quickly.
