Understanding the limitations of one's partner, anticipating their next move, understanding the effects of a solvent and controlling for its unknowns are all part of the dance that is required when navigating a relationship.
Just a little shorty this time (I'm chock full of longer more involved projects and just didn't have the time for a full video). Hopefully you folks aren't too disappointed, lord knows I'll hear it on YouTube ;)

A beautiful painting. I especially enjoyed the magnified view where the small flecks of white in the eyes became noticeable showing the incredible amount of care and expertise shown by the artist in crafting such a full bodied and detailed painting. I assume that it is meant to be viewed from about a foot away when the incredible detail would be noticeable to the viewer. The subject's companions (orchestra players, dancers?) are as interesting as the main subject... And the sumptuousness of the dress! Thank you for showing the restoration of the detail - it is fascinating!
