Really interesting, Julian, thank you for your insight. Absolutely felt your pain with this project, it sounded like one of those projects where there isnβt really a definition of pure success... however maybe the success of this one is just that it is less of a hot mess than before? Probably a shoddy metaphor here, but from a nursing point of view, maybe itβs like someone being admitted who is old and somewhat rickety and frail? Your target medically is not to get them back to being their 20 year old perfect body, itβs to get them back to a condition where they can come out of hospital and back home?
