HD-chan Test Ban Treaty (Build 0.6.2)
🕑 Added 2025-05-18 12:38:58 +0000 UTCBack to a relatively regular update schedule it seems. Today's update is again focused on "cleaning up": fixing bugs, adding missing thumbnails, etc., plus a few miscellaneous additions and improvements to things like physics and material rendering.
In addition to the relatively minor changes made to the core game, some relatively major changes have been made to the addon system. To get to grips with these changes, check out the relevant sections in the guide.
Speaking of addons:
Notice: Moratorium on Changes to Addons and Presets
Until now, most updates to Hyperdeep have broken compatibility with external addons and presets created for previous versions. In this update, external addon and preset functionality, as well as HD-chan's model, have reached a point of maturity where I believe further breaking changes will not be required in the short-to-medium-term.
Therefore, in order to better support the Hyperdeep community in creating and sharing addon content and presets for the game, I will try my absolute hardest not to make any further changes to HD-chan's model or the way that addons work. This will hopefully mean that addons and presets created for 0.6.2 will continue to be compatible with future versions, at least for the time being.
That said, I cannot guarantee that breaking changes will not be made at any point in the future, but I believe the game has reached a point that such changes will be few and far between.
What's Next
The game is now in a pretty stable state, with fewer egregious bugs than at any other time in its development. Looks like it's time for me to break my vow of silence and do some PR...

As a new subscriber, am I going nuts or does this version have...no clothing options? And is there a good place to get addons that I'm not able to find?

Hi, i'm new here but have played the originial SDT. Is there a way to import/export characters/outfits? And where do people post custom stuff like clothing etc? Love the game so far!
