May Book Club π©π»βπ I LOVED IT!
🕑 Added 2024-05-29 16:00:08 +0000 UTCThis month we read Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir and I loved it so much!! Ahhhh! As always, I went into this one blind and didn't read the back cover, so this was wildly (pleasantly) surprising! π I loved the tone, the direction and the overall plot - it certainly wasn't what I was expecting.
If you're looking for something "sci-fi-wholesome" I'd definitely recommend this one!
Did you read Project Hail Mary this month? What did you think?
June Book Club Pick π°
For June, we're pivoting to a memoir that a friend recommended to me: The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls. All I'll say is that this may be in the same category as "Educated" which was an earlier book club pick that I loved - so let's give it a go!
π What is Book Club?
My goal is to read more - so I started Book Club! Each month, Iβll post what Iβm reading and you are welcome to join in π Whether you want to read or listen, it's totally up to you! At the end of the month, weβll share our thoughts on the book (no spoilers in case you're still reading/listening).
You can try and read each book, or pick and choose month-to-month, or not! Itβs totally up to you.
Happy reading!

Really enjoyed it! If you liked his writing style in The Martian, I think you'll like this one, too!
