Hello Everyone! Today we're dropping what is probably the buggiest update of all time: Our switch to godot 4. So many systems have had to be rebuilt from scratch to get this to run. But it does! For the most part. In some ways, this update might feel like a step backward. There are new graphical errors. The settings are no longer saved / reloaded when you start the game. Pretty sure trying to move ur furniture causes the game to literally crash. We're working on these bugs, and we extremely appreciate every bug report we're going to get in the coming months. We've got a long to-do list, but we also put a fuck ton of fatal bugs behind us over the last 2 months!
So it's been a lot of maintenance, but we also found some time for narrative! A new Cadence & Decima scene has been added! Number 8 in their story arc. Art is minimal, but it does indeed have some! Its not the Overstim/Roboguro scene promised in that recentish poll I ran on twitter while trying to get more steam wishlists, but that scene is still coming. This one is just a little thing I whipped up cause I honestly just sort of missed my characters. Its been nothing but programming for a while, and I needed to revisit them. Cadence & Decima deserve attention, and I wanted to draw Decima sucking cock, so I did!
Unfortunately, your old save files wont be loaded in this version of the game. You'll have to start fresh, get through the intro, etc. After that, you can either play your way back through the game, OR, if you just want to see the new scene, go to HC's terminal and enter the cheat code "venompussy".
EDIT: i accidently spelled it venonpussy in the code.... u have to type "venonpussy" sdfghkldfgh
Thank you all for your support! Porting this thing has been (and continues to be) a huge deal, but we'll get it done for the games full release in October. We love you all! Thank you for making this possible!

at your own risk, you can try the terminal command to unquarentine the app - type "xattr -d com.apple.quarantine " without the quotes, and then the path to the app (you can fill this in by dragging from finder directly to terminal). Opened for me after this.

I'd recommend to wait until full release in Oct 2024, that's what I'm doing. I'd even pass 1 more month for some bug fixes, and then simply dive into game for several days straight.

we officially discontinued mac support when we decided to release on steam. Porting to godot 4 is actually an attempt to bring back mac support for steam, although no promises. Will have an attempt at a mac build available in a couple days. Sorry for the delay!
