The line HC exits on from Cadence and Decima 4 is "I'm give you some space"(this isn't me complaining, spelling mistakes happen, just no one had mentioned it yet that I could find)

The easiest way is just by visiting Decimas workshop and the Candle Wax Club. Both locations have a mini scene that starts when you enter on certain days and which gives you a machine.
