🕑 Added 2018-04-30 18:58:57 +0000 UTC Hey everyone, just wanted to talk about the extra big May stuff we've got in the works right now. There are two pretty significant systems we're working on that will hopefully both be done for the next build and which will hopefully resolve the kinda sketchy economy we have right now. First there's a home decoration system in which you'll be able to find/buy furniture and stuff to decorate your apartment. This is cool for a bunch of reasons, like its cute, and it will allow us to give items to HC during scenes when it doesn't make sense to give money or clothes, but probably most importantly because it will require us to proportionally increase the amount of money available for you to earn. This would be on top of the adjustment that already needs to happen. Players who arn't interested in decoration are going to have way more money to spend on clothes and stuff & vice versa. Freedom is good I'm pretty sure. The second system is the sexy, money earning one. We're going to add wall sockets to various places on the map which can be powered via the power station. Each one will allow you to power a money-earning machine which can be found or bought. The machines will range in profitability and function. Many of them will be pay-to-use fuck-machines that random NPCs will use to relieve their perpetual horniness. It's a relatively untapped market in Pira, since the anomaly has stuck, and now you'll be able to harness it. I'm still working out the details, but I want to keep micromanagement low, as this is supposed to be a relaxing game. I intend for all the fuck-machines to be animated. So yeah! I'll post updates on this as it develops. Other stuff I'm planning on adding:- A system to replay scenes
- Multiple save slots
- And probly other stuff as I think of it.

Yup, I will be adding multiple saves. My plan is that there wont be manual saving, but there will be multiple slots for saves.
I’d also suggest adding some sort of multiple-save system, especially with branching paths. Maybe have the current saving system be the basic auto-save and then allow manual saves?

Another note on the save files front, I don't know if this was a one-off bug or something you haven't done yet, but last month installing on itch.io deleted the old saves. Getting save migration or some skipping tools working would be helpful as the game starts to get longer, it's starting to get to the point where it's troublesome to replay the whole game to see the new content.
