You must unpack them with WinRar or WinZip or 7z unpackers.
OK, I joined just to get the cumpacks. They are "rar" files. I've tried putting them in "AddonPackages" as you are supposed to do with var files and nothing happens. I can't open the rar files. What am I supposed to do with them?
